2nd Time Apple ID Account Hacked, Resulting in Subsequent Hack of Apple Devices Tied to Apple ID AccountMy 1st iPhone was hacked 3 months after my December 2022 purchase of an iPhone 13 from the Woodcliff Lake, NJ Apple Store.My 2nd & most recent iPhone 13 was purchased from a non-Apple store in May 2024, and was hacked 6 months after purchase.My experience is that a hack can be more easily achieved from an Apple Store device purchase vs. a non-Apple store device purchase.During both hacks, I am locked out of my iPhones despite using the last Pin number I set, which results in my logging into my Apple ID account with the credentials I set to regain access to my devices which theoretically should occur, but it does NOT.Although I am able to log into the Apple ID account I set up which is tied to my email account which I also still have access to; the phone number listed in the account is NOT mine. I am only able to view the last 2 digits of the phone number, which is NOW listed as 31, whereas my phone number’s last 2 digits are 08. There is a prompt to - “Text code to” or “Get a call at” (...)...-.. 31, which of course is NOT my phone number, so your only recourse is to send your information into Apple, and wait, and who knows what time frame is involved. None of the Apple support people I spoke with can answer that question.After my 1st iPhone hack in 2023, I contacted Apple customer service, and was informed I must send send my purchase receipt and all other identifying phone number and account information to Apple for investigation.I was NOT offered an option to have my iPhone wiped so that I could still use it during this investigation process, so basically after 3 months of use, I owned a $750.00 iPhone 13 paperweight.Since I have now exprncd a 2nd iPhone hack with a different iPhone 13 purchased in May 2024; I again reached out to Apple cust svc in December 2024. The Apple cust svc rep. directed me to file a police report and have my iPhone wiped, which I did.After my Apple Store iPhone wipe; I was still able to view the last 2 digits of the hackers phone number listed as 31 in my Apple ID account The Apple Store stated there was nothing they were able to do regarding a hacked Apple ID account.It is a glaring shortfall in Apple’s provision of customer service that the Apple stores are unaware of the next steps a consumer must take to rectify a hack to their Apple ID account on Apple’s own network that requires each user create in order to even allow use of the Apple devices. Perhaps this may be a contributing factor to Apple’s recent declining iPhone sales in conjunction with the ease of access hackers have to the Apple network to modify customer’s Apple ID accounts.I have utilized Apple products for many years. In May or June of 2024, My MacBook Pro laptop that I use for school was experiencing networking issues and was taken to the Nanuet, NY Apple Store. After laptop analysis, the Apple store rep. stated the laptop was damaged beyond repair and could NOT be fixed. She then brought out their technical expert who confirmed the diagnosis. Imagine my surprise, 1 month later, when I took the same MacBook Pro laptop to a computer store, and they fixed the issue within 5 minutes. I am still using the same MacBook Pro laptop without issue.As a result of the Nanuet, NY Apple Store laptop misdiagnosis; I logged my iPad that I used for 3 years without issue to my iPhone 13 Apple ID account in the interim before my laptop was repaired at the computer store.The iPad is now also hacked, however, there is something unusual about the iPad hack. When I realized my iPhone was hacked; I placed my iPad in Lockdown Mode (which is supposed to prevent any network access at all to the device). I am even unable to utilize my iPad on any network when it is in Lockdown Mode. This setting however did NOTHING to prevent the iPad from also being hacked.I am awaiting resolution of these issues from Apple in Cupertino, CA. I will post Apple's response and hopefully resolution of these hacking issues.

A batchmate of mine lived in SFO, so I took the chance to visit the Apple Park Visitor Center. Checked out the restroom, grabbed some coffee, and explored the latest tech (VR). Had a good time overall. It was pretty crowded, but the restrooms were impressively clean and well-maintained.

I contacted T-Mobile and Apple before pre-ordering the iPhone 16 Pro Max because I was concerned about my phone bill becoming too expensive. During the call, I explained that my iPhone 15 Pro Max wasn’t fully paid off with T-Mobile. On a 3-way call with representatives from both companies, I was assured that the $650 trade-in credit offered by Apple would fully pay off my iPhone 15. I was explicitly told that I wouldn’t need to worry about my phone bill increasing beyond what I had been paying all year.Fast forward three months, and I’ve been in an endless back-and-forth with both T-Mobile and Apple, trying to resolve an issue that is entirely their fault. Despite returning my iPhone 15 Pro Max to Apple, I’m now being charged for financing three iPhones, even though I only have my iPhone 16 Pro Max. Every time I speak with a customer service agent, I receive false and conflicting information. Neither company is taking responsibility for the promises made during that 3-way call, and they’ve failed to document those conversations properly in their systems.As a loyal customer, I feel completely taken advantage of. It’s unacceptable for two major companies to operate this way, especially when I’ve done my part to follow the process they outlined. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve this issue is appalling.If I do not receive a resolution that reflects the promises made to me—including closing out the balance on my iPhone 15 Pro Max—I will have no choice but to file a lawsuit against both T-Mobile and Apple. This is not just a matter of principle; it’s about holding these companies accountable for providing false information and overcharging me for a phone I no longer own. My hard-earned money is not something I will allow them to exploit, and I demand this issue be resolved immediately.

Why is there no Polish language version of Siri and Apple intelligence available? The price of the equipment is the same as in the states and in other countries where Apple intelligence is available. late last year I got an iphone 15promax December to be precise meanwhile since the day I got the device it has been giving so malfunction most especially freezing and lagging I noticed this issue from the day i got the device there was glitch on my display so I sent back your store for a change to a new one and it got shipped August stating that the phone was changed but it wasn't changed its still has mild scratch on my screen that was caused by my screen guard when i was trying to take it off that is whats i used to recognize my device I know how my iPhone looks like cause of a mild scratch no cracks just a scratch you guys opened a phone i purchased newly from you store direct... tampering with my water resistance specification. I mean firstly the main reason I got the phone is cause of it specs and I was only beating by rain for just half a min while the phone was in my pocket and the distance between my home and bus park isn't even far I ran within a min soaked only for my device to be damaged cause of you guys lied to me that my device was a new one which was a lie and now you all telling me your term and condition for a device when it your dishonesty that you guys damaged yourself after lying to me... since i got this phone it has never functioned well... even with water resistant spec I ran home to avoid my device form not damaging but you guys had already opened the phone when I shipped it back for to your store for a change and you lied you changed when it's the same technical issued phone and your stores be giving me terms and conditions for the lies and maltreatment of my money spent on this device. I can't believe I would get a phone new from a US apple store and complain about a factory issue of the phone like a new iphone complained to many times just 2 months after purchase strictly demanding for a new one a changed of device cause of some factory errors on the phone only for the same phone with the errors to be shipped back to me with a lie that my phone was changed. You opened a brand new device for a phone with no physical damage and damaged my phone by taking off my water resistance specification and also lied to me it's a new one when it's literally the same phone I had shipped to you ... what yall did is change my serial number and lie to me its a changed phone like who does that. Now I'm being told to contact a technical support concerning it and what you guys are giving me the condition of why might not be able to fix if the parts does not fit what a talk from a cor apple techinical team like who does that ...like you guys are frauding me off my money I sweated for and saved to purchase your device and you give me is a device that has never been working perfectly since the day I got it.

Am posting my review for Apple Store in Delhi India.One of the worst Apple stores i have ever seen, the staff inside are very rude and arrogant, i met one of the store manager lady and explained about my concern and she is least bothered to address my issue. i was facing an issue with my HOMEPOD 2 which i bought from Apple store Saket in 2023. after entire discussion they just ignored my concern asked me to contact customer care center. As a loyal customer who has trusted and supported Apple for over 15 years, this level of negligence is both disheartening and unacceptable. It is unfortunate to witness such irresponsibility from a team that represents a brand marketed as "ultra-luxury." with deep pain in my heart, I want to make it clear that I would never purchase or encourage anyone to buy apple product, this experience has made it that evident that your company doesn't value its customers or stand behind its promises.it's not good on your part to give hard time to a loyal customer, its adding additional stress to me. which is extremely unwanted. even after sending so many emails to Apple Leadership team in India , there is no response and action. i think Mr. Tim Cook needs intervene in this case. Furthermore, the Managing Director of Apple India has also failed to provide any response, further amplifying my dissatisfaction. this shows the commitment and customer. Adding to this, apple customer care has shown a shocking lack of care and responsibility throughout this process despite apple reputation as a customer focus brand. my experience being extremely dissatisfying this level of negligence is totally unacceptable from a brand like apple. it's really awful.

Very lousy product and repair service. I have my Mac 24inch M1 for about 1.5- 2 years and the screen started to show distortion in Nov 2023. Sent to Apple Changi for repair for the replacement of my screen in Nov 2023 which cost almost $1k for the screen replacement. In Dec 2024, the screen started going blank intermittently. Initially brought down for the first time and they say diagnosis was performed with no fault found. Brought the Mac back and the same issue started showing again the next day. Brought back to them again and now claim it was a software issue and will need to wipe out my OS, reinstall it. Agreed to this but after 2-3 days I received a call and was informed that I will need to replace the screen again for another $1k. Disagreeing to let them perform a substandard repair again as it was (in my opinion) just have a screen replacement slightly 1 year again and I took back my Mac. When I went to collect my Mac, they try to give me a Mac Studio instead. I only discovered that that was no my product when I was about to leave the store. My Mac was still working when I send in to them but after taking back from their service centre, my screen is now 100% blank and they offered no solution at all other than replacing my screen again. Dear Apple, are you trying to tell me your product don’t last or your repair method are subpar at best????

I grew up with Apple; I was 10 when the iphone came out in 2007. I always thought Apple meant superior quality.In recent years, Apple is becoming greedier than ever: 1) bricks and chargers are sold separately, and 2) I paid around $100 for pencil pro, a stylus, that only works with the latest ipad pros.I never had to return an apple product in my entire life. Such an event would not have been fathomable until now.Ever since Steve Job's died in 2011, I've realized that Apple Co. is becoming a shadow of its former self. Tim Cook's current mgt strategy is ineffective and inefficient.If I was a major shareholder in Apple and sat on their Board of Directors, I would recall executive mgt and those charged with governance. Ernst & Young needs to audit their internal controls better.

Wonderfully laid out centre with 3 sections. Main section shows virtual and physical model of the new spaceship campus. Great show of augmented reality using iPads. The 2nd section is a store which sells all Apple products, accessories and souvenirs. Then there's a nice cafeteria. There's also a viewing deck of the surrounding neighborhoods from the upper first floor.

“Thank you” for the useless IOS 18.1.1 update. I was looking for my passwords in Settings - gone. Does your IT ever consider how much schock is created and investigation and Googling we must do to find out where everything is now? Safari insists that I have to log onto a website before I even had the option to close a tab. WHAT on earth do you think that does to older people other than complete panic? I will switch off all updates on my parents phones going forward and mine too - SO FED UP with you wasting my precious and very scarce time! DON’T CHANGE IT IF IT AIN’T BROKE!!!!

The genius that helped me with my Apple issues was fantastic I have to cal them back again tomorrow I forgot to ask them about my Apple credit card which I’m sorry Apple but you guys don’t have a number to call on your card or even a way to get a hold of anyone kinda of an issue I’ve been dealing with this for a while now finally my friend gave me this number so will see if the next guy is going to be just as helpful
